Stefaan van Gool appointed as editor of a special issue by the Journal of Molecular Sciences
The International Journal of Molecular Sciences will launch a special issue on immunotherapy for brain tumors in 2023. The publisher has appointed Stefaan van Gool MD PHD as editor on account of his international reputation as a clinician and scientist in this field. Since conventional treatment options for most central nervous system tumors are unsatisfactory, research is being conducted worldwide on new immunology-based strategies. This special issue is intended to provide an overview of the current state of knowledge and possible perspectives.
